Being fortunate to have experienced rural, urban, and waterfront living while involved in business ventures, including manufacturing, hospitality, resort, and retail sectors. I have gained a broad perspective on real estate properties in Ontario. I have elected to focus this experience on Waterfront and rural properties in the Land of Lakes region.

I have owned property in the Land of lakes region for over 20 years and enjoy being an active part of the community. I have been involved in local resort ownership and operation as well as lakefront development in the region and worked closely with municipal and environmental agencies. Additionally, I have experience in Cottage property management on lakes in the area and have deepened my local knowledge of the region's many lakes and business activity.  Most recently I have been proud to be involved with executive style listings and sales of executive Lakefront homes and Estates - attracting buyers throughout Ontario and Internationally with creative marketing and peer group relations.  I believe this approach has elevated the premium market in the area.
